The Pennington Professional Contractors Mix Central Powder Coated Grass Seed is a regionally mixed grass seed that creates healthy looking, thick grass on any sunny and even shady areas. It is a mixed grass for shaded areas letting it grow in full bloom with great lush color. This product can be used for new lawns, reseeding and even over-seeding. Can also be used as a bare spot seed fixer. This product requires less watering but will result in great looking grass. This is a CENTRAL mix for the Transition Zone. It is about a 70% blend of Turf Type Tall Fescues and about 30% Annual Ryegrass.
